Tony Long
President, CTO

Tony Long brings several decades of organizational and project leadership in the aerospace, telecommunications, nuclear power and biofuels industries. He has led several first-of-kind technology development projects, resulting in successful delivery for customers like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy. Leveraging his mechanical engineering background with over twenty years of operations leadership, Tony is committed to creating smarter energy alternatives that will enable sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of humanity.

Tony holds a B.S. in aerospace engineering, magna cum laude, and an M.S. in mechanical engineering from Boston University.

Brad Yacullo
Chief Operating Officer

Over the past decade, Mr. Yacullo has consulted in business strategies and product innovations for the renewable energy sector. He brings a background of experience to Agra Energy in computer programming, technology sales and applications and also team-building for “start-up companies.” Across industries, he has collaborated with diverse partners, including Cisco Systems, Borg Warner Acceptance Corp. and CBS Outdoor, while engaging in private investments. As chief operating officer, Brad will lead our team in all areas of site acquisition, contract negotiations and product sales for the Micro GTL plants.

Mr. Yacullo holds a BS degree in business administration, with a major in information systems, from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Andrew Lucero
Chief Scientist

Dr. Andrew Lucero joined Agra Energy in 2019 as a highly skilled, hands-on engineer with nearly 30 years of experience in chemical process development, optimization and troubleshooting.  His laboratory, bench, and pilot-scale research includes design, construction, evaluation, and troubleshooting of several types of chemical reaction and separation processes. During his eight-year tenure at Southern Research as manager of process development, Andrew provided technical oversight for projects that included a variety of reactor and separation process technologies to convert feedstocks to biofuels and chemicals, along with other patent-pending renewable fuel technologies.  He was integral to the original development, at Southern Research, of the process design and catalyst application utilized in the Agra Energy pilot unit. In addition, he has worked for leading industry laboratories such as Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Western Research Institute. Andrew has his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

John Bunnel
Chief Financial Officer

John has thirty years of experience advising boards, management, investors, corporate bankers, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, and regulators with respect to restructures, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, corporate strategy and corporate structure.

John began his career with Ernst & Young’s Financial Advisory Group in 1989. Over the course of seven years, he served a variety of clients including Wal-Mart, TU Electric, Trammell Crow, Lincoln Property Company, Piggly Wiggly, Bank of America, NationsBank, PNC Bank, Capstead Mortgage, Capstone Partners, Wingate Partners, Lomas Realty, Southmark, Southland, Fairfield Communities, AmWest Savings and Aviall Aviation.

John was chief financial officer for four divisions of Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group with assets approaching $50 billion, generating $1 billion in after-tax income. Subsequently, John was chief financial officer for two divisions of GMAC Mortgage LLC – Ditech and GMAC Direct, with annual revenues in excess of $700 million each during his tenure. In 2010, John founded Fractional CFO, Inc. and provides Interim CFO and Strategic Advisory Services to a select group of clients across the US.
