You bring the capital and the site. We license you the technology.
Technology licensing—The waste stream producer (with or without project developer) licenses the technology platform for waste stream monetization. Agra Energy openly licenses its waste-to-product conversion technology to qualified project developers. This pathway provides access to Agra Energy's proven process designs, engineering frameworks, and operational standards—with no requirement for Agra Energy capital participation.
The developer sources their own capital, controls the project timeline, and retains the project economics. Agra Energy provides the technology package and technical support—from development through commissioning.
Licensing covers the full conversion pathway from waste feedstock intake through end-product output, including process design packages, equipment specifications, and operational protocols.

03 — Over-the-Fence Monetization
Existing Biogas Utilization
You have the biogas. We add the value chain.
For operators who already own a biogas stream or anaerobic digester, Agra Energy offers an over-the-fence model—placing a downstream conversion and upgrading facility adjacent to your existing infrastructure to capture additional value chain economics.
Rather than selling raw biogas at commodity prices, this pathway enables conversion into higher-value renewable fuels and environmental attributes—including SAF, renewable diesel, and premium carbon credit streams—without disrupting existing operations.
Agra Energy structures the capital, builds the over-the-fence facility, and manages operations and product monetization. The biogas operator participates in the economics of a more complete value chain.
